David L. Rogers

Chief Executive Officer

Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 2012.  Mr. Rogers previously served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Secretary from 1995 to February 2012. From 1988 to 1995, Mr. Rogers served as the Vice President of Finance of the Company's predecessor and from 1984 to 1988 he served as Controller and Due Diligence Officer.  Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Rogers spent seven years as an accountant/systems analyst in both the public and private sectors.  As one of the founders of the company, Mr. Rogers has 30 years of experience in the self-storage industry and extensive knowledge of the capital markets.
